She has a reputation amongst other realtors as someone who gets the job done and is very successful in closing deals. She makes sure all deadlines are met and all parties are performing timely. Sheeza is also very diligent in communicating with clients so that they are always “up to speed.”

WILLIAM

has worked with Sheeza as part of the Gordon Team for the past 18 years. He is a graduate of the University of California – Riverside with a degree in finance. William is also a consummate salesman with a great personality. He provides a younger perspective for the business which is essential in the changing real estate market, particularly in the area of marketing, information technology and social media presence. William is now generating most of the Team’s business and has been the Team lead.

FRANK

has worked with the Gordon Team for over five years now. He is a retired attorney with over 40 years’ experience in real estate and business litigation and employment law. He has also been a real estate broker since 2009. His legal and business knowledge help to make sure each transaction runs smoothly. Frank has great experience in problem solving, drafting contracts and other transactional documents and understanding complex issues.
